These Terms and Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and h5bj governing your use of the h5bj platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, payment services, bonuses, and customer support. In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By creating an account on h5bj, accessing any h5bj Service, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with h5bj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and any specific promotional terms applicable to any bonus or offer you accept. In the event of conflict between any promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the h5bj platform and close your account if one has already been created.
Important Notice: Continued use of the h5bj platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. h5bj will notify registered Players of material changes via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification.
3.1 Use of the h5bj platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their ongoing use of the platform:
h5bj strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings from underage accounts will be paid.
3.2 h5bj permits only one account per individual. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be closed. Balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at h5bj's discretion, particularly where the duplicate accounts have been used to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
3.3 h5bj reserves the right to verify Player eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.
4.1 To use h5bj's Services, you must register an account by providing your Pakistani mobile number, a password, and your date of birth. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h5bj account credentials, including your password. h5bj will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using correct login credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you.
4.3 You must notify h5bj immediately via the live support chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. h5bj accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.4 h5bj reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a national identity document and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form.
5.1 h5bj accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only through the following authorised payment methods:
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. h5bj does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are beyond h5bj's control.
5.3 h5bj does not charge deposit fees. Any charges imposed by your bank, mobile network operator, or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.4 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. h5bj will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party source is detected, the deposit may be returned and the account reviewed.
5.5 h5bj is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider, mobile network, or banking infrastructure outside h5bj's direct control.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. h5bj will not process a Player's first withdrawal until identity and age verification documentation has been reviewed and approved.
6.3 Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:
6.4 h5bj does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own receiving charges, which are outside h5bj's control.
6.5 Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a method that can be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. h5bj reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.
6.6 h5bj reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in extended processing timelines.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. See Section 7 for full Bonus Terms.
7.1 h5bj may offer promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as well as the general Bonus Terms set out in this Section.
7.2 All bonus offers are subject to a Wagering Requirement which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms before acceptance. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement has been fulfilled.
7.3 Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all h5bj bonuses:
7.4 Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting software to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordination between players to complete wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
8.1 All casino games offered by h5bj — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, fishing games, and crash games — operate under published rules which are accessible within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before placing bets.
8.2 Non-live h5bj games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the Player or by h5bj. The RNG certification is maintained through regular third-party audits.
8.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, h5bj reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance. h5bj will not honour perceived or actual wins resulting from verifiable system errors.
8.4 The return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on individual game pages reflect the theoretical long-run payout rate of the game as certified by the RNG auditor. These rates are not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session.
9.1 Sports betting markets at h5bj — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by individual sport-specific betting rules accessible within the h5bj sportsbook section.
9.2 Bet settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases where the official result is disputed, settlement may be delayed until the official determination is confirmed.
9.3 In-play (live) betting markets are offered for selected events. Bets accepted in-play are subject to a brief delay. h5bj reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at its discretion.
9.4 For cricket betting, including PSL matches, the following specific conditions apply:
9.5 h5bj reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes, suspend or remove markets, and decline or reverse bets where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h5bj platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:
10.2 Where prohibited conduct is detected, h5bj reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated winnings, return only the original deposit balance (where applicable and subject to verification), and refer the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
11.1 h5bj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the following non-exhaustive reasons:
11.2 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting h5bj's live support team. A Player wishing to close their account must have a zero Bonus Fund balance (or accept forfeiture of any active bonus) and have no pending withdrawal requests prior to closure.
11.3 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within ten business days, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h5bj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any h5bj platform content.
13.3 Any unauthorised use of h5bj's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
14.1 h5bj provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While h5bj makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and game integrity, h5bj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5bj's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 h5bj shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits h5bj's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by h5bj's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

16.2 h5bj will notify registered Players of material amendments via in-platform notification or SMS to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the h5bj platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
